This section explains how AJ Beef collects, uses, shares, and protects information processed through the AJ Beef Inventory Mobile Application (“App”). The App is used exclusively by authorized AJ Beef personnel for cattle inventory operations and is not intended for public use.

1. App Functionality

We use collected information to:

• Authenticate users securely
• Enable Dairy Slip OCR workflows
• Record cattle transactions (pickups, drop‑offs, movements, sales, purchases, buybacks)
• Support offline entry and automatic syncing when online
• Maintain accurate inventory data
• Execute auto‑movement rules
• Enable role-based permissions and administrative management

2. Operational Notifications

• Email notifications to managers/admins for dairy slip submissions, discrepancies, auto‑movement alerts, or failed transactions.

3. Integration With Backend Systems

Data is synced to:

• Zoho CRM (inventory and operational system of record)
• Azure SQL Database (app data storage)

4. Diagnostics & Quality

• Improve stability, audit data integrity, detect errors
• Monitor workflow performance
• Improve OCR accuracy
• Resolve crashes and sync failures

5. Security

• Prevent fraud or misuse
• Maintain system integrity
• Enforce access controls and permissions

No Advertising or Tracking

We do NOT use data for:

• Third‑party advertising
• Marketing
• Data brokerage
• Cross‑app tracking
• Retargeting

How We Share Information

We share app data only with service providers required to operate the App:

1. Zoho CRM

• For cattle records, location management, and transaction syncing

2. Microsoft Azure Services

All third-party processors operate under confidentiality and security agreements.

We do not sell or share information with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

3. Data Retention

• Dairy Slip photos: retained 60 days, then automatically deleted.
• Operational transaction data: retained per AJ Beef business and compliance requirements.
• Diagnostics logs: retained for troubleshooting and system improvement.

• Secure Microsoft Azure hosting
